Anyone tried this Kool Blue Filter from Mr. gasket?

seems like it would restrict air flow to that tiny tube connecting to the front. And according to the illustration, it looks like the hotair is channeled outside of the intake, but doesn't the filter lining the outside also suck in air?

The smaller tube ( smoth from inside is to enhance the source of cold air, this is cone filter and should be located just behind the road lamp.. the extra hose to be directed to postion of your choice.
