Anyone know how to disable the 'door open' chime?

It bothers the hell out of me when I just want to have the doors open and listen to the stereo... anyone know an easy way to kill this damn sound?

I know I can leave the ignition in the 'on' position. But I want to be albe to use the 'acc' position.

I guess I'm looking for something a little more sophisticated.

Such as which wire to cut or what plug to undo.

The location of the damn dinger would be a good start. I can't seem to be able to tell where exactly the noise is coming from.

If you taped the button, then your interior lights will not come on when the door is opened also.

Last answer, such as it was, was on 12/5...... I know this crowd knows the answer. It's just a matter of time before the right person decides to answer how the hell to do it! Duct tape is not the way!

Help!
