Anyone have pics of gunmetal centerline RPM?

I'm just wondering how this would look on my silver car? I guess it's actually called Black Pearl...
http://www.centerlinewheels.com/whee..._id=4&sw_id=27

I'm still on the fence (I know, I know) between the RPM's and the Se7en Mods. Maybe the Se7en Mods + a 50 shot instead of light weight rims?? I definitely want 19" in either.

Whoa... that is exactly my decision too. I will probably end up with the RPM's because of the weight but I really really really like those SE7EN'S !! I think 'Black Pearl' will look good on either a Silver or Blue car

Too bad they only come in 7" width for the 18's. You can't even "officially" mount a 235 tire on that width.

you can't officially mount a 235 on the stock 7" wheel either. has that stopped anyone?

i have the 7" w/ 225/40-18's, no traction problems whatsoever.

Seattle CL-S,

I like your fog light mod. Original fog lamp housing with the function pilot fog set up is great! This is what I want to do. Questions for you:

1. Did you publish any directions on what you did to complete this project?
2. Did you use the Pilot fog lamp wiring and put in their switch or did you use something else?
3. The cost of this project?
4. How stable is the fog light inside stock fog lamp unit?

Thanks! Those pictures are kinda old actually. I haven't gotten around to updating them.

1. Nope. I basically just cut out a hole and used "Goop" to bond them in.
2. I bought the TL foglight switch from the dealership (~$35) and wired it to the Pilot wiring.
3. About $110 including the switch
4. Solid, but changing the bulbs is a biiiooootch since it's glued in. I'll probably do something different when a bulb blows (like removing the fogs altogether.)

Do you think the Black Pearl is only for "younger" crowds? I'm 30 and don't want to draw tons of attention.

I am thinking of doing those rims with 235/40-18. Will it work?

it should. i had 235/40-17 on the stock 7" wheels.

you'll have to find out from the tire shop if they'll do it.

MattG,

Where did you buy your Centerlines? Les Schwab quoted me $320/wheel and another $295/T1S. That's $615 per corner before tax, stems, rotation, etc... I think the total was $2800.

I've found some good online prices for the Se7en Mod and think I could get them for about $2000 to my doorstep. I can't find a good online shop w/ the Centerlines though.
