i have 35% on the front and i love it

 

Lou used to have his front tinted 70%. Wasn't dark at all, but it cut down on glare and made a pretty big difference in the heat. Also got pulled over with him once and the cop couldn't even tell.

 

I've got 5% all around and 38% on the front window, I regret doing it sometimes at night, or in a poorly lit area, or when it's raining you really have to watch out... thinking about getting it taken off.

 

I got 35 on the sides and 50 on the front windshield, I also got pulled over twice for front windshield tint, once in the CL-S and the other in my old Integra, $60 a pop!

 

maybe if you have some sort of skin problems or something to do with the eyes?

how about migrane headaches, i know light is not a good thing when you have one...

If you get the windshield tinted you should get the strip done too- the tinting on the windshield will look less conspicuous with the strip done real dark at the top.

 

i think i will do that, but i wont tint over the dot matrix

One of the most HONEST answers I’ve read here in quite a while.

I get tired of reading stuff like this:

“I’ve got 4 layers of 3% tint and black paint over everything but the windshield and I can see fine all around in a blinding rainstorm at 2AM doing 80MPH”.

 

I have a few friends obsessed with dark tint. All 3 have 5% all around and 20 on the windshield. They don't seem to mind it, but I think it's too difficult to see at night.

 

i had a civic with 50% windshield and 35% all around... you couldnt see shit into the car at night.. but it was clear looking out... i plan to do the same to my CL...
as far as getting pulled over... i had a civic and im puerto rican, do you think i got pulled over??

OF COURSE I DID

but thanks to my cousin in NYPD my PBA card and courtesy shield they didnt even ask to see my license.. (about 3 seperate times with the tinted windshield)
