For anyone that has read CHODs FAQ......I have a question!!!!!

He says that an 8" wide wheel will rub with Comptech springs. Then, in the 18-19" rim section, he says a 235/35/19 will not rub, even with Eibach sportsline springs. Isn't a 235 for and 8" wide rim....I want to lower my car with comptech springs, but I don't want rubbing at all. HELP, I'M CONFUSED

Oops, thanks for catching that.

It's all a matter of rim offset, of which I didn't put the offset down.
I'm sure EricL will reply shortly but I THINK the wider your
wheel the greater offset you need.

I have this in the 17", 18", or 19" Rims section, anyway:

18x7.5 with +45 offset with 235/40/18 do not rub if not lowered.
18x8.5" with +51 offset do not rub if not lowered.

I think I need some kinda offset vs wheel diameter vs width
graph or something.
