Hi, i am just wondering does anyone got the apexi VAFCII (2nd Gen) install on their car..........i had mine install for like few months but i noitce that the Vtec is not kicking in on my car most of the time.......... so does anyone have the same problem?? or does anyone have an idea what's going on?? I heard there's no problem with the VAFC I (1st gen) that install on our CLs......... so should i swap a gen 1 VAFC bak into my car then???

 

Check your VTEC settings and see when you have VTEC kicking in. You may have lowered it so much you cannot tell the difference between the engine revving and VTEC engaging or you have it set up to initialize after redline.

 

I have it on my car. I'm not experiencing that particular problem at this time.
