Anyone got pics of the Philps D2R bulbs?

I'm just curious how the Philips D2R 6000k upgrade bulbs would look like when their lid up on our cars at night . anyone got night shots pics?
I"m interested in getting those bulbs

Not a CLS but two 330s.

One has OEM Xenon, the other has 6000k bulbs (mine)

those are not an upgrade. its actually a downgrade in light output. the 6000k is for looks. you would net better light output by putting a 4100k philips d2s bulb in your lamps. same wattage just no black coating blocking any of the light. you shouldn't have a prob blinding anyone with hot spots, but ask around. different d2r reflectors react differently. dont let your eyes trick you. it may seem brighter, but more light is refracted especially in the rain.

cool...so all you do is just replace the OEM Bulbs right? not the whole OEM HID unit (ballast)? Plug and Play kinda thing huh..

i dont know, my boy with a 98 cl has 6000k bulbs and his lights project way farther and much more than my stock tl hids. even when i realigned them.

actually your oem bulb is 4100k but after some use they change to about 4300k. as far as a 98cl halogen housing projecting farther. u may be right, but it is a halogen reflector not xenon like yours and i would bet there is no black coating on the bulbs like your oem d2r which would make them brighter.
