Anyone face these Issues...

Hi guys,

quick question, currently I can hear a ticking sound coming from rear driver side door section. I only noticed it today while cleaning the snow of my car. Its a constant fast paced tick regardless if the car is cold, or warm. You can't hear it if your in the car, but once outside, standing by the driver side door you can notice it.

Plus has anyone else had issues with the rear defrog, cuz mine is totally gone.(Ordered today) Car has 47000 Km (29375 miles.)

any input on the ticking would be helpful since its driving me mad...

Thanx again...

If it is when the car is running, We all have "the tick" I have heard it in CL'S TL'S, Accords, Lexus GS. Don;t think there is really anything to worry about, as long as the tick goes away when you start driving. I know mine has a "tick" when sitting in park idling (SP?), but when I touch the gas, it's gone.

no...the fuel injector noise is from under the hood. the ticking noise from the left rear of the car is ur evap solenoids clicking on and off....perfectly normal.

The ticking is normal....it's a solenoid or something...some valve. All the TL's CL's etc have it.

yes i also have this ticking underneath the hood. it ticks when im still, and sometimes it ticks when i accelerate a little bit. very annoying when the radio is not on. so this is normal, or the one in the rear of the car is normal?

i have the same ticking noise... it got LOUDER once I got my third tranny and they modded the fuel management. I read that this noise is due to the catalytic convertor...

if there is a part to be fixed, I'll get it fixed...
