Anyone ever ship a hood before?

What's the cheapest route you've gone? What carrier? How much did it run you?

Htown, you might want to post this in cartalk... Bigger audience over there...

Forward Air or Greyhound (yeah, the bus company) are 2 places to check with... hoods are just too big, so they might get beat up during shipping...

Thanks, I was thinking about that. Greyhound has great pricing, but I'm a little worried on how long it'll take. Thanks Greenie.

grayhound is the only cheap way. When my brother was shipping out his hood everyone else wanted tons of money.

sorry to ur thread...but ViS on Ebay is selling CF hoods for our cars and the shipping is close to 200 bones.

EDIT:....expensive!

def freight, try Fedex freight, or ABF. Try to ask a shop that deals with parts in your area, they prolly have an account and would charge you a slight premium. BYW, can you get me your brother's car paint code for thsat Kandy red please?
