Anyone ever Bilstein engine flush?

Anyone ever Bilstein engine flush?
I've always been tempted, on my old cars, to do the Bilstein engine oil flush, where they push clean oil in via pump and supposedly all the old sludge comes out. Anyone ever do this? Just curious.
