Anyone 01' CLS past 75kmiles?

Anyone 01' CLS past 75kmiles?

If so please specify any major problems after 50,000 miles... like tranny or powertrain failure, NAV failing .... jobs that cost $1k or more to fix.

I'm at 62K and I'm not gonna say anything more (Murphy's Law and all that) but I expect to be at 75 next summer most likely. Will replace timing belt for sure.

Hey HiJincs, did you change your timing belt yet? Just curious what svc mgr told you. I've been told not necessary till 100k. My father was told this too w/ his 'teg, guess what? At 87K the timing belt went! Fawk he was pissed.

Yeah, you should not change your timing belt earlier than 100K miles UNLESS you drive in severe conditions or if your car is like 7 year old

got around 60K miles and it is back at acura for yet another tranny. Got the first one at 45K miles , it was totally dead, this one is just leaking really badly now , so I took it in this morning . Other than a few rattles , there hasnt been anything else, got rotors turned and all my brake trouble went away .
it has been a good car other than the tranny.
