Remember...it's always the little kids who are 13 and dont' own the cars that come over to the forums to start trouble...

Honestly Fotis, I don't care what's in his engine bay. Nitrous can as easily be slapped onto a wrx as on a cls. I'm not sure if akypa directed his race invite to the wrx troll or to anyone.

As far as I can read though, He said "anyone".

I am local so if he wants to play, then lets get it on.

BTW, I am no where near stock either.

haha u crazy, for 2k u can rent a ferrari. Would a ferrari beat his WRX? if it will, i dont mind renting the ferrari since i'll win back the 2k anyways. This co worker of mine rented a mclaren F1 once from this company in nyc. But he said it was $3k for a day. I wouldnt mind paying the extra 1k though.

I have no clue about that. But I never said he drove it around.. He actually rented one to put on his driveway to show off to his dad that he made it in this world cause his dad doesnt believe in what he is doing. You know how those rich parents get when their kids wont follow their footsteps.

He spent 3 g's to have an F1 sit in his driveway and he didn't drive it? What a fool!

haha well I havent been in contact with the guy anyomre. But I remember him saying something like he was not allowed to move the car in the deal. They droped off the car on a flatbed tow truck and came back to pick it up the next day. But then again, they gave him the key so I guess he could have driven it around if he wanted to break the contract and get screwed, they probably recorded the miles before droping it off though, I remmeber it was like 30miles on it max(maybe it is illegal to drive it in US??) If it is illegal then its even better, you cna be like, oh I know its illegal to drive it, i just wanted one on my driveway to look at it.

Now come on...it's way off the original topic, but I gotta call BS on the McLaren F1 thing. Really the only way it could be registered here (before the Show and Drive rule) was to have it imported through Ameritech in Virginia, who brought it into DOT and EPA compliance. Ameriterch did eight conversions.

No one really knows how many McLaren F1s there are in America, but it can't be more than 20, including the 8 street-legal ones. These were worth $1,000,000 when sold new, and have generally held that value and increased slightly since they stopped production. I find it extremely difficult to believe that anyone would loan one of these out -- and forbid it be driven, but include the key? -- for $3,000 per day. The liability is just way too high.

Mr. Audi didn't come in here with an open challenge especially against a WRX for $2000, AKYPA did, so I'm up for his challenge.
