Any update on the Xephyr/AEM Bypass Recall?
I'm getting mine tomorrow and WAS going to go get it installed -- i'll obviously hold off if we have the faulty bypass.
Last word from Xephyr was that the purchase date seemed to fall within the recall date, but he'd check the invoices to be sure.
Anyone get a chance to look at the serial numbers on the Bypass and see if it matches the recall lot?

You should be in the clear Crip.
Your shit is brand new...
Xephyr started making these CAIS in mid January... and I highly doubt he bought a boat load of Bypass valves before he knew how hot his product would sell.
I would venture to imagine that anyone who got the last shipment (if not all shipments) is free & clear.
But then again... free & clear is Sprints slogan... and we know that shit aint true!
But seriously... your fine.
Even if you werent... your not gonna hurt anything if it tears... its gonna get caught in the VSA thing.
And if it does break something... SUE SUE SUE!

What exactly is the problem? I searched and couldn't find anything. I also haven't received mine yet from Chris so I don't know whether to worry or not.
