Hi All,

Keep reading about the rumors on the '04 TL, but nothing about the CL. Is the CL going to stay the same??? Just got my CLS 6spd and DON'T want to see any major changes. (:Pbecause I am selfish and hate when others have a newer look than mine, HEHE:P).

BTW: The 6spd kicks the CRAP out of my old slushbox ('01 TLP).

i doubt there will be... and there are no SCEDULED changes to the CL for '04.

the '04 CL may not even be out until NEXT fall. The '03 should be current for some time.

 

Didn't the 2nd gen CL come out after the 2nd gen TL, or were they released at the same time ??

Acura/Honda usually go thru the same design/release cycles, so what ever happened in the past, will probably happen in the future.

 

the TL came out in 99 the CL '01

and yes... hondas are on strict cycles yet nobody ever seems to believe thats how it happens. oh well.

The 2nd gen CL is in the 3rd year of the cycle. 1st year is the redesign, 2nd year no changes, 3rd year minor changes (athough the 6spd might be considered a major change ), 4th year and 5th are carry overs of the the 3rd year. Honda/Acura has been working this for 5 year cycle awhile now with the exception, I think, being the 8 year run of the integra.

Since Acura has added the 6spd to the CLS, I don't think that we'll see any earth shattering changes to the CL until it's redesigned.

Here is what i hope for see the display above the middle air vents... shows the outside temp the climate control the cd track the radio station everything ! I think it even tells you when a hot girl is next to u....





and of course the little voice recko button on here lol

 

I doubt there will be any major changes for 04, just little things, but that is if the cl makes it too 04, which is by no means certain.
