Another Interesting mod: Disabling the PCV!
How about disabling the Postive Crank Ventilation hose?
Instead of recycling the air how about Atomspheric release via a K&N filter?

It'll give you 0 HP, and just puke a bunch of shitty oil fumes into the atmosphere.
The PVC is run by manifold vacuum, and is only used during idle and cruise. At WOT, you have no vacuum, so you gain nothing.
Same with the EGR valve. At high vacuum it re-circulates exhaust into the intake to lower combustion temperature, which lowers emissions output.

haha.. this is been discussed extensively in the past on the Accord V6 forum. The PCV helps pressurize the crank case and prevents blow-bys. Disabling it actually has detrimental effect on the engine over a long period of time.
