Before I start...WHY are so many kats from DC and MD driving FAKE cop cars and impalas ??

Anyway, on my way home from Bally's Gym Greenbelt today there is a kat in a blueish color SS in front of me at the light on GB road. Light turns green he going pretty slow... and i need to move over to get on the ramp that leads to 295 (oh how I love that strech of PARKWAY!). Ok..I know I provoked him so I move over while he had has his signal on to move over too..(yes I got in front of him) so I am speeding to merge with cars on 295 going toward DC and this Kat has the NERVE to flash his lights at me and WOT his car!! he then cuts ME OFF! Oh no...homie don't play that! SS mode.... i down shift to 2nd and turn off VSA WOT to about 6500 rpm and then 3rd..hold it for a sec..shift to 4th... Needless to say by time i got to my exit I could not see what car he was behind me (way behind me) I slowed down (so traffic can catch me) before I exit and here he goes doing a ricer flash the lights again drive by......
