Another CL-S 6
I am glad to be back on this forum! After selling my first CL-S 6 back in 2009, which also was my first real car, I went on to an EVO8 and a STI. Neither of them really gave me the satisfaction or driving experience like the CL-S 6, so here I am again, back to square one!

How could anyone prefer a fwd honda over awd evo and sti. Can I have some of what you are smoking.
I am just being sarcastic as red text shows, but I am sure that is what most people think.
What exactly about the cl do you like over the evo and sti?

The problem area is the rear seat floor section right in front of the rear seats.

Thanks! Will take some this weekend. I already have TEIN SS coil-overs with EDFC.
No real performance plans for the CL, but to put back the stock exhaust. I had a supercharger on my previous CL, she never ran right after that. Nothing but problems!

The CL just looks and acts more mature. Not everyone on the road will do their ricer fly by or try to race you from light to light. I go on a lot of road trips, the EVO and STI just do no justice in comfort, at all. I feel that the CL provides just the right balance of performance, comfort and style. Also, STI and EVOs are a dime a dozen here. How often do you see a Aegean Blue 6spd CL?!
There is definitely no substitute for an AWD car, especially in the snow. That's why you have to get a hoopty Outback for the snowy days!

I go under my car every oil change. Having a hoist at my disposal has been a real blessing. I gotta say somehow its rust free.
Anything remotely looking like its going to rust I tend to immediately.. It's paying off I guess..
Ps.. To all my local fellow CLers
If you would like to use a hoist (i have 3) I would be more than happy to let you come by and do some work. No over night stays tho lol..
And no I am not a rich spoiled brat.. My family business is attached to an old auto shop that moved and the hoists stayed. We are renting it out for storage space and it just so happens the hoists have made it easy to fix our company vehicles and my own as well.
I have done a lot of stuff to my CL their and I would be happy to help anyone out as well if they need a hand. Since my car is finished I am kinda missing the whole modding scene.. But I can mod ur car!!!! Lol
Hell we could be working on 2 at once
That goes for you too gnuts

i think all CT kits use the ESM unit, which just hides the boost from the computer. My kit has been very reliable. I haven't heard of any problems if people stick to the low boost pulley.
The problem is when you up the boost. You need proper tuning, which is hard to do on the CL.
