okay. dealer just called. they said the o2 sensor wasnt touching the oil pan, but it was at like 1mm of distance from it so what they are going to do, instead of relocating the sensor, they will grind the oil pan a little bit to leave like 3/4 of a cm so the sensor doesnt touch nor brakes... what do you think? cheesy?

Berny ,

That sounds a bit dangerous to me ,rather than toy around with an expensive oil pan let sleeping dogs lie .if the O2 sensor clears the pan you are good to go , that section of the header does not move unless you crash the car so there is no real reason to fool with it .

The headers do not move. The exhaust sways a little but the headers really do not move. Unfortunately the distance is not much but you shouldn't have a problem. This is why Alpha Werks moved the bung farther back on the latest batch of headers so there would be absolutely no issue with the 02 sensor fitment.
