alphawerks headers install HELP
Hi,
I am not a mechanical kinda person, but I love to work on cars. I am in the process of installing my alphawerks headers. There are a couple of things I would like to make sure before I continue. Please see the pictures below, I have stated in the pictures where the problem I am encounting. Please HELP. Thanks very much
ps: by the way, on the CT instruction, the very first thing it says was to remove the ''center beam'', where is it? I am not seeing any "beam" that goes across the front to rear of the engine beneath it.

get a crestent wrench or 22mm--> (not 100% sure) and remove the O2 sensor.. no need to unplug the harness but you can unplug it with a long flat headed screw driver if you want...
you can not get it off because it is seized... if you have any liquid wrench, spray some on it and let it sit.

for those of you who did everything without airtools, other than spreading some liquid wrench onto the threads, any other tips to remove the nuts easier??? the 3 nuts thats holding the a pipe to the cat is like stuuck on there, i've let the liquid wrench sit for a full day almost. I use two jacks to jack up the car on left and right, but the space underneath is really small. I cant use my full strength to loose the nut because i am just in awkward position when lay underneath. So any tips???? I cant believe I am stuck on removing nutsss in my installation...
