no need to justify your actions to me, i couldnt care less(sound familiar)......(i just did this to see if you liked the uneeded sarcasm that youve been giving to me which i do not appreciate)......

the feeling is mutual mr.steve.....from the beginning you have just sounded sarcastic(and you know it!)and i think many would agree. all i expect from people is that they have mutual respect for others, but you are to busy with your sarcastic comments to give a shit. i posted a message clearly stating that i apologized not because im some pussy, just because im a nice guy. i suppose since youve been on this board much longer than i have, you feel that i am nothing compared to you. either way, i didnt want this to escalate to where it is now, but here we are. you gave me sarcasm, so i gave you sarcasm. if you can dish it out, you have to be capable of receiving the same in return....i apologize for this getting to this point, but i am definitely not a 4 yr. old and i think you should just chill out on the sarcasm for a while. if someone says "sorry" try responding with "its cool" or "no prob." but not "dont justify yourself to me, i couldnt care less..."

Come on now... do you all really think that ANY type of stability assist system on ANY car is going to save you from sliding out during a sharp corner at 80+ MPH? I'm seeing posts like "I spun out at 130 and VSA did nothing" "I got up to over 130 and then a turn came and I had to take it at 95 MPH and I spun out" Hello :captainobvious: You are driving a 3,600 pound FWD entry-level luxury coupe, not a Formula 1 car. Wise up and slow down in the turns. VSA isn't some magical system that is designed to be a safety net for stupidity.

VSA can't change physics. Tires have limitations to adhesion. Don't rely on VSA to work miracles.

wow thats sucks your cars rear breaks lose.My TL 04 doesnt and im not just saying it but ive took corners in the rain kinda hard and felt the rear end start to come lose but it instantly stabilize but the car still was kinda sliding all 4 wheels but i was still in control.I wonder if ya had the DBW this wouldnt happen because i got used to hit the corners in the rain to where im using the VSA to do alittle 4 wheel drift (kinda the car is sliding on all 4 wheels but still in control,in the rain of course) and flooring the pedal and its just stabiling the whole time and as i exit the corner the car opens it up on its own. When you guys are hitting the corner is it and out of control turn or are you hitting the corner smooth and then BAMM! the rear end breaks loose?
My VSA light only came on when the traction control was kicking in it never did when correcting and oversteer or under

Big difference between breaking tires lose in the rain versus a dry canyon road.
