What ever happened to this bill???

I checked the VA Legislature site and all I can find is This Page which isn't very informative... at least the last link shows all yeas vs 0 nays.
Is this another bill stuck in limbo for the legislature?

 

I don't know, but as it looks like I'm moving to Richmond soon, I pray they get rid of it. Thankfully, I've got the remote display unit for my V1, so maybe I won't get any grief for the detector (V1 itself is damn near invisible from the outside unless you're looking specifically for it). What other "not so fun surprises" should I expect from the Communistwealth of Viriginia?? Thanks!

There is also a guy off corvetteforum who offers the remote display in a rearview mirror. I'll post the URL when I get back home - it's pretty cool. Display is invisible when powered down. Great "stealth" install!
