Are all downpipes created equal?

I need a replacement downpipe for my XS Power headers. As you probably know they don't make them anymore. . . So I was wondering if the OBX or Megan downpipes are the same? I know they don't come with crush ring gaskets which sucks I really just need to know about length and angles of the two pipes. Also anyone willing to sell me some???

Have one made.
Or put a WTB in the BM for best results.
Here's the obx down pipe.

i would say that thier not the same. differs from manufacture to manufacture. angles of the flanges might be diff. bolt holes might off set differently.

They all look very similar. Can someone measure the headers from the bottom of the flange to the bottom of one of the bolt holes?

i wish we had a downpipe stock, f***ing rajca

but yeah it is a j-pipe though

and as far as matching from brand to brand, good luck with that, they never had to have them match, such as when they have to meet up with the stock exhaust and such
but as others have said, best bet would be to put a WTB ad up, or as brian6speed , just go to an exhaust shop and get one made which will probably be the easiest (since i am figuring that the pipe is crushed or something, that the flanges are still good)
