Just bought a used 01 CL-S. I have a stupid question, does the alarm beep when you turn it on and off??? Or is it just the side lights blinking???

If you hit lock twice (once again after the blinking of the lights), the alarm will beep to let you know it's locked.

When you unlock, there is no beeping. Just press once, and the left door unlocks - press again, and both doors are unlocked.
