aftermarket throttle body 5~8hp?

found it on the oh so slow carparts.com/jcwhiteny site. they clam it flows 25~40% more air and increases 5~8hp.
any one try this or know if it its worth it?
cltypeR also said ours is sopose to be a highflow one from stock already.
any input?
