Aftermarket Maxima parts on CL?

Aftermarket Maxima parts on CL?
Hey guys,

My friend has an 00 maxima SE dropped on Ground Controls and Tokiko HP blues. Are these parts gonna fit a 3.2 CL? Also should I put my comptech springs on with the tokiko's or just get the GC's also. They have been on for 1.5 years... how much longer can you expect the shocks to last?
