i have an AEM v2 and i just love it. I was going to get the aem cai but then i saw a great deal on the v2 that i couldn't refuse. The aem cai can have the bypass valve installed where as the aem v2 cannot have it installed.

You can't get the AEM V2 for a CLS so a regular AEM will have to do. Unless you get a IceBox.

Forgot who it was,but someone did install a V2 in either a CLS or a TLS. I havent seen any proof yet that the V2 is that much better than the regular aem, but with that kinda cash for a V2, I'd go
"ice box" all the way.
