could i make an aem v2 intake for a clp fit my six speed cls?

 

The AEM V2 has very minimal gains if any...i read different articales in different mags, they posted dyno and it was almost identical to the regular version. THe only reason why AEM claimed their high gains is the was they tested it. They dyno their CAI with the hood open.

 

they tested it on a 97 civic ex and i believe it gained 2 to 3 extra hp over the regular aem cold air intake. So I would guess with our car atleast around 5 hp increase

 

i have a feeling we'll have a v2 before too long.
