AEM intake voiding warranties?!?

AEM intake voiding warranties?!?
acura tells me that they will voide warranties if i modify anything in any way.
i just installed my AEM intake, and i really dont want to remove everytime i go into acura.
what do you guys think of that/what do you guys do in this situation? what do they do, what will i have to do, blah blah.

It shouldn't be. My dealer told me that unless I did something major(like take apart the engine, bore it out... or something like that), warranty stays...
Maybe try different dealer?? See if they would say the same thing.
