AEM intake installed yesterday!!!! YAHOO
Got the intake installed a buddies autoshop. Has awesome deep growl with I took off onto the freeway on-ramp.
Without calling...cause of course that would be too easy....How could I tell if the ECU was reset? I've read on many threads that this is a must.
I believe, if I read correctly that you have to disconnect the battery for whatever amount of minutes. I would think my radio station presets would be off. But they are not.
Thanks for any help guys!!!
LOVE THE INTAKE!!!! sniff sniff...I'm just so happy now...haha

I think it's in the FAQ??
You don't haveto disconnect the battery, just yank the ECU fuse and leave it out for awhile.
Also you don't haveto necessarily reset the ECU, the ECU itself will actually adjust to the changes eventually.
