It actually did, however my gauging woudl be alil' skewed because I had AEM with no headers, but installed icebox along w/ headers :P

Hell, I'm not sensitive to mods @ all.. I don't even know if I felt the gains of the headers or not =P

You want the gains....not the sound

I'll take the gains and the sound.

According to Comptech Dyno on a CL-S 6 they gain a max of 14HP with just an icebox. I am assuming it is somewhat around that area with a 5AT.

Very true, I don't expect to get that much gain, but I do expect to notice something different... Obviously if I wanted more gains I should get Headers/ Pulley/ SC or Turbo.

Taking it light with the number of mods I do, I think next is the springs and wheels. Then I might consider new headers.

I have a K&N drop in filter/ intake resonator removed. It's the cheapest solution.

you'll get to hear the icebox growl a little if you put in the K&N filter. the cheap foam filter that comes with the icebox doesn't allow that extra grunt to be heard. now whether the K&N filter has a higher flow to cause the change in sound, i'm not sure.

Anybody know the part number for the K&N drop-in filter for the Icebox off-hand? If not, i'm sure I can search for it.

you could have gone with a custom intake like i made, its been on there 6 months and no problems. it makes some interesting sounds especially when the car is cold. but it sounds really good and performance has been the best out of anything i have had on there yet. http://www.acura-cl.com/forums/showthread.php?t=172735

Looks really nice, but way to time consuming for me to work on it. Mad props though
