Has anyone had any problem with the bypass valve rubbing on the under part of the hood on the CL-S and melting the plastic. The foam stuff has ripped of the top portion of the bypass as well. This happens with the bypass valve as well as with the tubes that come from the intake....any input would be great. Thanx in advance.

Haven't seen that problem. But...I recently met an Integra Type R owner who complained of his car having a "stuck throttle" and "unintended acceleration". We found the "rubber diaphragm" and the "foam spring" from the AEM Air Bypass Valve lodged in the throttle plate and housing. A little research revealed a "recall" on selected AEM Air Bypass Valves.
