Adjusting high-beam headlights?

My CL's right headlight ballast is out (and has been for some time). I can't afford to replace it right now and I'm tired of getting pulled over for having a headlight out, so for the meantime I want to adjust my high beams so they point down enough to where I can leave them on for regular driving without blinding everyone else...and thus getting pulled over even still.

Can somebody tell me how adjust the high beams? Thanks!

Here are some pages from the service manual. Sorry about to run out but I hope they are readable...

I'm not sure the high beams will go low enough, but they might. And as for the ballasts, I know Acura is WAY expensive. You could buy a set of aftermarket HID's with new ballasts and mount them under the headlights in the stock location.

That is my plan if one of mine go before i get a new set of lights and do a my projector retrofit!

The low beams and high beams share the same adjusting mechanism.

Or go aftermarket for less then $60 for the pair and spend an hour wiring them up.

Yea, I didn't think there was a seperate adjustment for the high beams since there's only one set of screws.
