Hi.
I had the dealership replace the HID bulbs in my car. After the adjustment, it seems like they adjusted them downward. Now I can't get as much range with the lights. I can't go back to the dealership, and have to replace my fog lights anyways, so can someone tell me how to readjust the headlights? Are there any pictures to guide me?

Dealers are instructed to aim the HIDS real low now due to legal issues. I fought with my dealer and finally gave up. Its extremely easy to adjust them yourself and there are many threads with instructions on how to do this.

If anyone's interested, I adjusted my headlights and the difference is amazing. I thought my new Philips HID bulbs were just dim...I lived with that for over a year. It just sucks that I didn't know about this earlier, and it was so easy.

 

on how to aim headlights. Used it ever since we used to get the "illegal" European lights with the H4 bulbs. Translation for the young, back when cars had shitty sealed beams that were not worth a damn.
