Took the cls in for warranty work, The rear deck lid was vibrating
and the paint was flaking on the drivers seat two small spots.
they replaced the drivers seat cover, and to my amazement
replaced the front brakes for pulsating which i thought was pretty cool since i didn't even mention it when I took it in. (thought it was pretty minimal didn't really even notice it except on hard braking)anyway got to say I was happy with their service.

So, you think Acura of Tempe is pretty good? I've been taking my car to Bell Acura all this time since I bought it there and I like the service from Chad. But Bell is like 30 miles one way for me and I only live about 5 or 10 minutes from Tempe Acura. I will have to try them out sometime.

Also, do all 3 dealerships here use the same area Acura rep? Anyone know?

I would guess they probally use the same rep, but don't know
I too would use Bell but don't like the drive!

I use Bell as well and Tim, my service rep, is now the Service Manager. Anyways, they provide good service. I would like to try Tempe because it is closer to home, but I bought the car at Bell. I might try to use Tempe for some Comptech work. They warranty it just like Bell except you don't have to but the parts from Tempe unlike Bell.

I have gone to scottsdale acura ever since bell acura treated me like shit. Scottsdale acura has the best facilities hands down including a F1 museum.
