Oh, man. You need to try domestic brand dealerships. They are even worse.
I have worked for Acura as well as Lexus - Don't get a lexus!! Their batteries go dead all the time. They were towed in on a daily basis
Not to mention, they are some of THE BEST batteries. Most go 4-5 years with abuse (leaving music on when washing car, adding systems etc).

What are you basing my employment qualifications on?? With my job I was also given a $400.00 a month credit for the Lease of the Lexus of my choice, all employees are. Go work for them if you are so unhappy with your Acura.

Nobody or company is perfect. I just know that Lexus prides themselves on making sure the customer is 110% pleased. It is in their covenant at every dealership. And once Lexus has a car comparable to the competition, why leave?

So, what brings you to the Acura world?? Just a change? I have survived 20 accidents and none were my falt. I am still here and I was the drive of a Honda or Acura in each one. That is why I have stuck to them.
Outside the NSX, there is no Acura I would buy.
