Acura Service

Coming from BMW's the service I've had was always excellent, If i bring my car in for service I get a loaner car equal to or better than my car, they always take care of any warranty complaint promptly. Now I've seen the service you get from American Dealerships and thats basically non-existant crap, my good friend takes his corvette in for service and they give him a friggin SubCompact POS.
Does acura provide loaner cars? Or is this up to dealer choice? And if it is dealer choice how is the quality of service at the dealers in North Texas (Dallas particularly) .
Thanks.

acura does give free loaner cars..as for them being equal or better than what you have...hahahaha, very very rarely....usually you are lucky if you get an RSX or even an old Integra...some people get rental cars like chevy luminas or S-10 pick ups..crap like that!!

yea dont expect to get a car equal to the TL/CL... not even a freakin camry or accord! Atleast in my experience.

Consider urself lucky if u get anything better then a galant or rsx.

Of course there a few dealerships out there who may give something comparable... so depends on the dealers really.

When I had a 98 Accord, I used to get loaner Civics (base models).

My Acura dealer has given me an RSX (base) and the last time was a 03 TL-S with 1.5K.

Second time tho', they wanted me to take a rental since they were out of loaners but all that was left was a 15 passenger van. Yeah right! Then my Rep just said let me see what I can do and pull the TL-S out.

Once went with with my brother-in-law to drop off his sisters Lexus (SUV). OMG!! Service was incredible. Acura will never be able to match. Loaner then was a ES300 with 1K on the clock.

I take my car to Vandergriff Acura in Arlington and they give Integra rental cars. No complaints about their service, though, I think they are great!
