Acura Roadside Assistance

Has anyone had the need to use Acura Roadside Assistance? If so, what was their service like. So far, I haven't had the need to use this service. Thanks.

dealt with them already, they use independent local towing places almost like AAA if you have used them already. when you call roadside you have to give them info on car like vin# and what problem is. then they will show up within 30-60 minutes for towing, jumpstarting, changing flats etc.

Tipping is neither required nor necessary. However, depending on how happy you are to see him/her, you may want to consider it. But don't insult him with $five.

Ah? Don't insult him with a 5? But if I give him options of nothing or a 5, im sure he would take the 5? Dunno..

Anyways, is the Acura roadside thing exactly like AAA then? I was thinking about calling them once for a tire change because I was all dressed up and didnt have anything to clean off the grease and dirt, but I thought that it would take forever?

they pretty much use the same independent companies. i personally would have no problem calling them to change a flat if i was all dressed up.

Now Ken, don't you mean him (or her)?

Anyway, no one ever got insulted when I gave'm $5.00.

Do you think your generosity might be weather related? I mean if someone chipped the icicles from my car to give it a jump during a blizzard, well, I guess parting with a twenty would seem like the right thing.
