Acura executives..

As U all know of my Engine replacement story,I sent a complaint to Acura Customer Relations abt 2 weeks ago.No response yet.Does anyone has any info how to find out who the top guy is?Maybe I'll shoot him few lines abt my experience.
Do U think its worth it??

Absolutely. 4 years ago when I got mine, I wasn't happy about something and I wrote the President. I got a phone call right away. Didn't necessarily solve the problem (I don't even remember what it was now) but it made me feel better that someone at Acura cared. Google 'em on the web. You can find out who he is.

shoot them the link of ACL so they can see how 'happy' we all are. We do represent quite a big sale base, not that they would care.

I say Go For It!!!! Being quiet is why so many American-made cars suck...we cannot allow the Japanese to become lazy also...or maybe we are too late...???

Right, but still no cars in Japan are sold with the Acura badge, thus making Acura an American brand.

Same with Lexus, it doesn't exist in Japan. Just because they aren't made in the US doesn't mean they aren't American brands.

Even if it is made in another country it is still an American car if this is where it is primarily sold (Canada too)

Fords are made in Canada and Mexico. Does this mean the Ford F150 is a Canadian car just an American brand? I think not.

FYI - Toyota announced recently they will begin selling LEXUS in Japan.

It will be the same turnout as it has been in the US. Japanese buyers are as interested in prestige as US buyer. Acura has also announced a jdm release, I believe the Acura MDX was the first release in Japan as an Acura, a website on the mdx was set up in japan a while ago.
