Recently I've heard a "psssshhhh" air blowing off sound coming from under the hood when I let off the gas after accelerating. I thought maybe it was s/c boost being released, but I had never heard it before. I popped the hood and revved to about 5k and then let off. Sure enough my actuator valve that controls the manifold is making a loud "psssshhhhh" sound when I let off the gas. It's still working, but I'm confused as it has never done that before.

the IMRC should have a clickin sound that was when my car was N/A...after my blower was on its the same

Yes, but it's my IMRC thats making the noise. It just started happening in the past week, while I've had the blower installed for quite a while now. It doesn't click back, it makes a "pssssssssh" sound when it pops back in.

Btw, I saw a CL with upgraded blue fog lamps (drivers side fog bulb was out) when I was leaving my condo yesterday (Tuesday). They were driving through Evergreens or Orland subdivision. Couldn't get a good look at the color since it was dark out, but I would have to say something dark like blue or black. Just wondering if it's anyone on here.
