Accident need help badly

Alright guys the other night i poped a curb and bent my control arm spindle and strut. OUCH The big problem is the dealer wants to charge me a thousand dollars to fix this little problem. COuld anyone please help out give me the name of a place that makes reproduction parts cheaper than the dealership, and advice on weather i can fix this my self. Any input will help im really stressed out about all this. ALso if you know any places in the atlanta area that can getcurb rash and scrapes off wheels that would help also.
THanks.
Nick

I work at a shop with my friend and actually learned how to replace the control arm. It's an alright job to do but I wouldn't recommend doing it if you don't have a lifter. If your letting the stealership do the repairs you should definitely know they'll rip you off like crazy. The control arm only cost between 95 to 104 bucks. It comes with the ball joints and bushings.

Go here www.acuraautomotiveparts.org and buy the parts. It can't be all that bad to replace that stuff. I mean, I've NEVER, EVER worked on suspension before until I did my springs on the CL. It was so incredibly easy, I can't imagne anything on this front end to be that difficult if you are at all mechanically inclined. I dunno, maybe I'm wrong and it takes more than I think to replace those items but it can't be that bad.

Buy the parts, bring it to a body shop/mechanic that can do the work.
