About "recall" limitation?<not acura cars,don't worry>

i just found out that there are 2 recalls for my jeep...the first one was in 1997 and second one was in 1999.but i think last owner did not go for these recalls repair....and i have heard from my friend whom said that all recalls in usa do not have time limit until they are all fixed and taking care.therefore, i am wondering if that is true?thanks..

Depends on what the recall is for I think. My friends vette (98) had similar issues. He was not able to do the re-call anymore (just bought it 2 months ago). So I dunno about that... and or the specifics. Might just be a stupid GM thing. LOL, not like it's their flag ship car or anything... (is gavrlil reading this
