? about non-factory HID bulbs
You just need to replace the HID bulbs. For more infos, check out http://www.motionr.com
the stock bulbs are the brightest you can get them at. changing the bulb to a 6000K or higher doesn't increase light output, just the color of the light, and actually it decreases the number of lumens that are being put out, so you'll really be losing light by upgrading your bulb to a 6000K or higher. that's why acura stock bulbs are at around 4300K because that is as white as you can get them. the higher the bulb rating the more blue it is, the lower the more yellow it is.
the bulbs in bmw's and mercedes seem to be brighter because of the way their lens and projector housing's are developed. they may in fact be using 6000K bulbs but because their housing is different it projects the light better than in our cars.
the best fog light to match to the HID would be an HID based fog which are quite expensive. i know raybrig makes some of the best shyt, just kinda pricy.

so is there any company that makes a 4000k bulb? i tried tolok up rayrig but couldnt find it for some reason. i have found it before so i dunno. what would be the best replica bulb for the fogs?...thanks for your info
you can look up the piaa fogs and raybrig fogs at:
PIAA
Raybrig
both companies sell fog lights which are based on HID systems. they are expensive just to warn you. but they look TYTE!!!!
i'm hoping to some day get the Raybrig Type 200, they look like they may fit in our factory opening where the stock fogs go. but i don't know for sure. and these lights output 125W of pure HID light.
