Here is the link to the Comptech USA page. You will need to click on the [DYNO] link to see the .pdf document with the graphs of the headers (before and after).
http://www.comptechusa.com/vehicles/acura/index.html
The torque is extended, and improved a bit. The way it was explained to me, the biggest improvement is in top end HP. You will see that the torque curve stays flatter into the higher rpms.
(There was a picture of the original CL-S exhaust after it was replaced with the Comptech. It almost looks like the exhaust gas is trying to do a right turn or a head on collision at times. The Comptech piece looks very nice (You can tell I like them *and* want them)
I don't think you will get to 300hp (at the flywheel) with the headers alone. You will probably need a CAI, V-AFC, and some other mods (but you can get close).
Good luck...

Don't bother with the mufflers. They only add 2hp. You can feel the gain in hp but it's not like it slams you back into the seat as the torque curve is still pretty flat. To give you an idea I raced another CL-S soon after my headers were installed and by 60mph I had 1.5-2 cars lengths on him. We kept going and by 80-85mph I have 3-4 cars on him. If you buy the headers from autocarparts.com it's $1,015. I had mine installed for $162.

yah i think the comptech header does not do help a lot in hp..cause i saw its hp graph and the hp only increase about 30hp at the 6000 rpm..who will drive 6000 rpm in the city or downtown..and it cost a lot of money too..so i think i will buy a k&n filter first and see what will happen from there....
