99 Jeep V8 4x4
I was wondering if anyone knew what a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited v8 4x4 ran in the quarter mile/ Thanks in advance/

if you were thinking about racing him you should take him no problem
with him running a high 15.(stock)
the craziest Grand cherokee i ever saw was this hella sleeper.
he had the 5.9 V-8 in it. and I was at the a test and tune session chilling with my friend who has a built SI. so he said Quick man you gotta see this Jeep run. I almost laughed cause i figured a jeep running a 1/4 mile probably 16 second range big whoop de doo.
he lines up HONEST TO GOD. against a camero SS(the last series they made) and this guy in the camero was talking so much smack to him(like why don't you go play in the mud with that jeep and stuff like that)
anyhow they take off and the SS pulls about 3-4 car lengths on the Grand. Then at the end (he didn't tell the SS he was "spraying") he did a 150 shot at end. he beat the SS. it was so funny. we were ripping on that guy with the SS all day.

there about 450 pounds different in weight
but there is a pile of bolt ons for the v8 for a additional $3,500
you could make this fsater than the cl even with competics supercharger.
there are a lot of these (sleepers) out there and as walter-s says they can haul ass.
