Me and my roommate were both heading downtown tonight to head to two different locations, and we managed to leave at the same time. As soon as i saw him in front of me as we were pulling out our complex, i knew we'd end up getting a run since the streets were empty .

So stay behind him, till we get to a good light that goes a little downhill and is about a 1/4 mile to the next light and i lined up next to him. Behind us are a jetta and a camry (which will come in later). The light turns green and we both spin a little bit, and by the top of 1st we're still even. 2nd comes for me before him since my redline is 6700 and his is 8000, and i manage to get a little lurch forward for aboutttt 3 seconds, cuz then he hit 2nd and hit vtec and proceeded to pull a car and a 1/2 on me, and it stayed that way up to 80, and we shut down.

After we shut down and line up again, the previous camry that was behind me before decides it wants to catch up and act like he's going to rearend me as he speed up behind me with his highbeams on, so i swerve out the way and he swerves behind me, which was really annoying . The Jetta lines up next to me as my boy is about a carlength ahead and the camry is literally 1 inch of my rear bumper, so i hit it and proceed to leave both the camry and the jetta, and as we catch up to the h22 accord he hits it and this time i stay at his front door since i had a head start. the camry and the jetta get caught at a light behind us, and i shut it down again before he can hit vtec again so he doesnt pull on me again haha.

Before tonight, after driving his car, i thought i could give him a good run for his money, but i guess he showed me what the H22 could do . Now i reeeaally want a swap

By the way, he has h22 with i/h/e and i have intake/sparkplugs. Here's a pic from after we drifted:

nope, altezzas i told him to do 1/2 clear and 1/2 red and smoke the clear since his car is black but he's not listening to me lol. I guess everyone has their own style

I dont like those, looks weird to me. i love the ones that are red/clear though. Once my dad buys a new car im gonna take is CB7 off his hands n work on that too along with my CL. Either way, my boys CB7 is a beast. He hit vtec in second n it was like a friggin rocket took off next to me till he was like a car and a 1/2 ahead, maybe more.

those accords are extra ugly.. i like the stock headlights better then the ones he has, and i wont even begin on the altezzas.. he should lower a little actually alot.. especially cuz he is swapped. cl is lookin good tho even in the snow

Haha thanks, the CL is quite versatile in her good looks. We spoke at the library later on and i was like "sure your car is faster, but if both our cars are sitting next to eachother and a girl walks up, whose car is she gonna compliment 1st?" haha that 1 got 'em. I kinda like the box look of the CB7 accords though when done right. And yes, he does need a drop very very badly, i believe drop and rims are his next mod along with fixing his busted heater core lol

On another note, i took 1 of those corolla S's from a light today after class. we were even... until i finally got traction, then i took 'em by a car until we caught up to traffic. I think i coulda kept pulling.

that sounds like a fast swap prolly cuz the accord is lighter to begin with. I raced a stock auto accord in the summer, we were even in 1st but had to shut down to make a right turn...didnt even get a chance to shift into 2nd

he beat me by a car and a 1/2 in 2nd gear...bout 2 cars up to 90. and its def not tuned

those accords are about 150-200 pounds lighter espeically if its an LX.

U can def get so much more power if u tune it. My second gear pull on the J30 was a few cars. It was instant shutdown.
