I hit it a few days agao, the maint. req. light came on. How much will this cost? This sucks, my car has to many miles on it!

The maint. required light comes on as a timer based upon your mileage from the last time it was reset. Nothing is wrong with your car.

The dealer will charge you $300 to reset the light though. Bring it to me and I'll do it for $175

Or just RTFL and reset it.

I need my 60k service done in the next couple weeks...and a valve adjustment.
