87 in a 55

Oh yes,
I got pulled over for 87 in a 55 last night coming home from Six Flags Great Adventure.
Cop was HIDDEN in the bushes next to a bridge. All I saw was headlights go on and I did not even bother to hit the brakes or make him even think I was panick braking. Just coasted over to the right lane, stopped.
Then he pulled out and rolled up behind me. He laughed because I just pulled over and when he asked me how fast I was going I told him 92. He told me he lasered me at 87 and I told him I was accelerating. I got off with two non-moving violations and a warning. I can't believe I did not get a ticket. I really thought I was fucked. St. Patrick gave me a break!

In NY, if state trooper pulled you over doing 30+ over speed limit, You lose your DL on spot. You have to call for a tow, and cab, and have a deal with the PD Prosecutor.

Not fun!

We have one of the largest great adventures up here. I am a member of a coaster club so I went to a dinner right outside of the park last night and got to see the new coaster .

Six Flags in NJ are great used to go all the time. You are really lucky on that ticket. I got pulled over doing about the same speed, 93, in a 55 but it was a work zone. The cop was really nice and let me off Thank God.
Be carefully everyone
