So im doing the 6 speed swap into a tl. my sub frame was damaged so if anyone can help me here how do i mount the front and rear transmission dampeners. Do i have to weld the bracket on or does it just bolt on? any help is appreciated.

Everything will bolt up. Use the subframe from whichever car it's not damaged on?

My motor that i pulled from the cl 6 speed, the subframe was damaged and my mechanic gave me a call asking where does the front and rear dampener mount, since the tl is an auto. But from the looks of it the dampener brackets are bolted on to the subframe correct. My mechanic said it was spot welded on

Yes, the CL-S has the bracket for the front and rear dampeners. The TL subframe does not.

If your mechanic is willing to weld the brackets onto the TL subframe, go for it. Otherwise, just don't worry about the dampeners. They are not necessary.

I would NOT use a CL subframe on a TL. I don't think they are interchangeable.

I would get the manual brake pedal. They are cheap, so no problem. The clutch pedal from the CL is suuper expensive now. Idk why Acura is changing the prices on random CL parts. Like the CL shift boot is crazy expensive now too.

The link below for car-part.com, searched under the term 'Engine Computer' / 'Computer Box Engine' for a 'Type-S, MT' came up with two results. One in Canada and one in Orange Park, FL. However, I'm not sure if that is what you need.

The link will not show the search results. Search Car-Part.com with the above criteria.^

Good Luck.
