50,000 Miles and counting.

I hit 50,000mi. on my way to work today. 50,000 trouble free miles I might add. I did notice that my VSA light flashed quite a few times yesterday as I drove in very heavy rain on the highway. I guess the computers sense slippage even before we notice it. I took the hint and slowed down.

The first 6mos. that I had my CLS I lived 100mi. from work (one way). On weekends I drive to where my fiance, now my wife lives ( 125mi. each way). Texas is a very large state. Everything is at least 3 to 4 hours away. We have pretty good highways and I love to drive.

I do quite a bit of high speed driving (relative term) 110 to 130mph at least once every week. I drive a lot of back roads. Long straights and no traffic entrances. For the most part ypu can see for very long distances. I don't use SS a lot. Just when some "red neck" in a truck needs a good spanking.
