From Chaparral Road to Shea going North on Scottsdale. He had his girl in the car and they were both cool. Anyhow we were just fooling around in and out of traffic for a while. Of course I was leading and driving like an absolute nut. 45 zone by the way and I'm doing 90-110 in and out of cars with him behind me. Did some pretty sweet moves, I bet it would have been something really fun to watch as a passenger or from above.

Umm anyhow we got to line up 4 times throughout our little 5 or 6 mile race. First time he launched good on me about a full car to 40mph and then by 100 I was still that car back. Second time I got my best jump ever in that CLS, Fucking thing just took off and to 100 I was a full car ahead. Third Time we both spun a lot but I grabbed traction and beat him. Then 4th race he started rolling as opposite light turned red and he launched a good car on me to 60. Then we just went in and out for a little while longer, Of course we all know I'm a nut so I was doing crazier shit and ahead. But he was a cool guy, License plate XS4 from Utah I think. Well if you see this post hit me up on AIM. That was fun.

 

Sorry S4s don't spin out. Even 400+ HP S4s can barely chirp the tires.

 

Well he made his tires squeal, cause I guarntee that all that noise wasn't coming from mine. and any car can make tires squeal if you launch at the wrong time.

Also a guy I know has a chipped S4 that fucking takes off and he chirps when he takes off for about .25-.5 seconds and then just launches.

 

I have a chipped S4 and it will chirp but not spin like you described. Maybe he bogged it, which I did a lot when I was stock.

 

Hey PGA, I thought you had a CL-P? Did you recently pick up a Type S? If you did, you are a bastard! And if you accomplished all that in a CL-P, than you are a god!

Actually my tranny blew on my CLP so as my loaner I got a red CLS.

It really doesn't pull much more than my car to 60. I believe my CLP is pretty quick. I mean thuis thing beats it by about .2 at best. But the noticeable difference is 2-3 shift. It shifts at 73 MPH and stays in Vtec for 3rd gear which really makes the 0-100 a big difference.

I'm pretty sure if I was racing with my car against this guy the outcomes to 60 wouldn't be much worse but when we took it to 100 he would have me by prob 2 cars more.

 

Jesus Fucking Christ...110 on Scottsdale? That's one of the more congested roads in Phoenix. I just hope that when you do crash, you hit a tree and not my car.
